The Olive Tap, product review

One of the products I received in my blogger swag bag that blew my mind was this elegant beautifully packaged duo from The Olive Tap.  This company is located in Ballantyne area of Charlotte NC.  They carry a wide selection of gourmet olive oils, balsamic vinegar's and other artisan products.

I was immediately impressed by the packaging and marketing of this product.  The bottles were very elegant and the ingredients were top quality.  At the GFAF Wellness Event I enjoyed the variety of flavors that they had at their table, the knowledge that the woman at the table was able to provide and the experience of learning all the different options available that could be done with these oils and vinegar's!

Since I got home I have used my goodies to create a dip for some of my Luce's Gluten Free bread (ahmazing), as a marinade for some baked chicken, and a salad dressing!  I am a huge fan of the two products I was given to try, which is very impressive because I have traditionally not been a big fan of oil and vinegar mixes at restaurants.
