Udi's Chicken Florentine Frozen Skillet Meal, Review

Tonight we were in a rush, got home late and just were not feeling the drive to make that home cooked meal. I am thinking (and knowing at least for my family) that this is somewhat of a common occurrence. Well tonight I remembered that I had recently found the Udi's Gluten Free Frozen Skillet Meals in my local grocery store!! If you do not know, I live in a very small town (which I love), that does not have many gluten free items (which I do not love..aka #thestruggleisreal). So when I went grocery shopping last week and found all this Udi's goodness I just had to purchase some to try it out AND to support my store offering this brand!! *side note~ this option does have dairy, so for those of us dairy intolerant people beware! 5 days Greensboro..GFAF Wellness Event is headed your way!!

Back in December 2015 I posted about how excited I was to see the GFAF Wellness Event schedule for 2016. Partly because Charlotte and Raleigh NC were present again, but what got the squeal is that my hometown, Greensboro NC was listed!! That's right for the first time GFAF Wellness event is going to be Greensboro, NC and I can't wait! I enjoy this event tremendously because I learn something new each time, meet more and more fantastic vendors, can try things out in a safe zone with people who are knowledgeable about multiple allergies and it is just plain fun! I have taken friends and family with me who do not follow a gluten free lifestyle and I have had people win tickets who have gone and they all have talked about how much fun it was AND how good the samples were haha!! Here We Go

Oh wow...it has been a minute! While I have been reading, cooking and gardening away with my furbabies, especially during these crazy times, I have not been up to date on my blog. I meant my absence to be short and to change platforms, but I could not find another platform that worked for me. The main reason I wanted a new platform was because I wanted my website to just be my name and not have blogger or blogspot behind it... Well color me surprised when I randomly checked my blog and saw that was now an option! As of today my blog has my proper website name and I am going to start working on it again. Thank you for those who have been checking in, emailing me and following along on other social media sites!
