Tessa and Hardin’s love was complicated before. Now it’s more confusing than ever. AFTER WE FELL...Life will never be the same. #HESSA

Just as Tessa makes the biggest decision of her life, everything changes. Revelations about first her family, and then Hardin’s, throw everything they knew before in doubt and makes their hard-won future together more difficult to claim.

Tessa’s life begins to come unglued. Nothing is what she thought it was. Not her friends. Not her family. The one person she should be able to rely on, Hardin, is furious when he discovers the massive secret she’s been keeping. And rather than being understanding, he turns to sabotage.

Tessa knows Hardin loves her and will do anything to protect her, but there’s a difference between loving someone and being able to have them in your life. This cycle of jealousy, unpredictable anger, and forgiveness is exhausting. She’s never felt so intensely for anyone, so exhilarated by someone’s kiss—but is the irrepressible heat between her and Hardin worth all the drama? Love used to be enough to hold them together. But if Tessa follows her heart now, will it be...the end?

My Thoughts
Move over Molly you are not the worst villain in town...there are a lot of holy cripes moments in this book (heck series), but the going away party sealed that deal.  ***** is EVIL, I mean I didn't see that coming at all.  On one hand I am like poor Tessa and on the other hand I am yelling at her for not seeing this group as the crap that they are and never EVER talking to them again.  Nothing goes well in that house or with that group of people.  Additionally, why has Ken, the Chancellor, not addressed oh anything that has taken place in that house?!?!?!

I was so proud of Tessa for staying true to herself and following her dream.  I enjoy the writing style in this book because I think many people go through the whole should I or should I not in their decision making.  I loved the spurts of growth we saw with Hardin in this book.  His relationship and time with Tessa's father warmed my heart. The ending...well that is another story of really..just really how much can we take before we just don't want him in the story at all?  I think that is the brilliance of the story though..just when we say enough Hardin does something that just grabs those heart strings and makes us say ok..one more go.

This story was very much a roller coaster for Hessa as a couple and each of them individually.  AT does a great job writing this story and giving details.  There was plenty that frustrated me in regards to their relationship and treatment in this story, but that idea of change and hope and love keeps me ensnared in this journey!

Here We Go

Oh wow...it has been a minute! While I have been reading, cooking and gardening away with my furbabies, especially during these crazy times, I have not been up to date on my blog.  I meant my absence to be short and to change platforms, but I could not find another platform that worked for me.  The main reason I wanted a new platform was because I wanted my website to just be my name and not have blogger or blogspot behind it... Well color me surprised when I randomly checked my blog and saw that was now an option! As of today my blog has my proper website name and I am going to start working on it again.  Thank you for those who have been checking in, emailing me and following along on other social media sites!
