It's almost time!! You know that excitement for a fair, time with friends, trying new things? Well that is the excitement I have over the GFAF Wellness Event that is coming to Charlotte, NC! Do you or a fmaily member have to miss out on the fun food many times for health reasons? Not at the GFAF Wellness Event!
I know that might sound a bit cheesy, but it is so true..I love that I can attend this event and all the vendors have signs or are knowledgeable about their ingredients, other allergies, etc. It is extremely nice to go and have fun and not stress over food reactions..extremely! I have attended twice now and both times I was blown away by the quality of the vendors, the organization, the presentations and the people. I have brought family and friends with me who do not follow a gluten free lifestyle or have any allergies, but who have enjoyed themselves tremendously!
At the GFAF Wellness event you get to try product samples of food and drinks, learn about healthy products for your house, see different make-up/skincare brands that use healthier ingredients, find cookbooks that cover recipes for many different allergies (and the food still tastes great), can attend presentations that cover a variety of topics and more! While there many of the vendors will have sale prices available...and some of these sales..you will want to stock up...not kidding!
What I always love is returning to my favorite vendors and stocking up on goodies, mixes, etc., but also finding a new vendor or product that just blows my mind. Last year there were two vendors that were new to me and just blew my mind...needless to say I am thrilled that they will be back this year..Fields of Gold Farm (Gelato from goat milk) and Artisan Tropic!
