New month= new challenge
I love seeing all the challenges on Facebook and fitness blogs. I always start them and then get to about half way and lose the motivation for that challenge. However, lately I have been part of a fitness support group on Facebook and really staying constant and focused. So this month the group administrator created this challenge..and I am all about it!!
