It's almost time!!  You know that excitement for a fair, time with friends, trying new things? Well that is the excitement I have over the GFAF Wellness Event that is coming to Charlotte, NC!  Do you or a fmaily member have to miss out on the fun food many times for health reasons? Not at the GFAF Wellness Event! I know that might sound a bit cheesy, but it is so true..I love that I can attend this event and all the vendors have signs or are knowledgeable about their ingredients, other allergies, etc.  It is extremely nice to go and have fun and not stress over food reactions..extremely! I have attended twice now and both times I was blown away by the quality of the vendors, the organization, the presentations and the people.  I have brought family and friends with me who do not follow a gluten free lifestyle or have any allergies, but who have enjoyed themselves tremendously!
